Thinking how blessed I am to have ended up with two really cool roommates. The new roommate is 30 years younger than me but very much into some of the mind, body, spirit stuff I'm into and paying attention to the moon cycles. The other roommate specializes in sports medicine and is here to teach the therapists at the spa some different techniques... and she's helping me to pinpoint what is giving me problems in my knees and muscles so I can use the proper techniques to heal and strengthen the problem areas.

Cats and dogs in shelters need to spend time with people to be adopted out. Cats especially. I agree ... really proud of my daughter ... when she was able to volunteer ... at he local animal shelter when in high school ... things have changed since then ... but always proud of her and seems I have foster a lot of animals here ...two dogs and a cat right now ... and some have passed ... but I gave them a good life I am thinking getting up at 4:30 am ... S*CKZ

Thinking I don't have time to be sick and how every time I go to a new place I end up getting sick... so annoying!
