Hi! I’m wondering if the church you attend has a singles ministry? I mean dedicated to helping singles connect, events for singles, etc. I’ve noticed churches around where I am don’t and I wonder why. If you were to join a singles ministry, what would you like to see it do or activities it runs?

Indoor games are fun like board games. Usually potlucks have good success. I mean who doesn’t like to eat right?!

That would be nice while alot of important things will discuss like healthy, emergency and environment situations..... safe approach to counselling and giving back to the community

I was in a singles group at my former church years ago and was in it for about 2 years until the guy who lead it got married and after that no one else lead it. That’s the bummer about some churches is that when someone stops leading a group or ministry no one else wants to or will. I too agree think it’s a bummer when some churches don’t have a singles ministry . They have ones for men, women, children, youth and sometimes ones for college and married couples but not one for singles. Well I think it’s time someone said I’m a proud Christian single and have been for years!
