Topic: Diet and exercise for men over 65 | |
---|---|
I am a 69 year old guy and I try and exercise regularly as well as watch what I eat. I despise the word "diet" as it is short for deprivation.
How many people around my age (men and women) have a fitness and eating regimen that would be easy for a guy like me to follow/ Thanks |

I'd suggest talking to your doctor about it as he has your medical history and can give you a workout plan and diet that is appropriate to you and/or reffer you to a specialist/fitness professional.
Contrary to popular belief, no two men are alike and what may work for one will be detrimental to another, especially past the age of 60. A light breakfast and dinner and a substantial lunch are still recommended. So is jogging but again, your doctor would know better... if she/he isn't a total charlatan. Good luck and be well. |

I guess keeping up fitness and diet is personal responsibility for one self.
Do not forget Detox regime. |
