I just did 5 jumping jacks. Why am I not skinny yet ? and just how many twinkies did you eat to energize yourself for the 5 jumping jacks? 5 if you must know. How is that relevant ?

Horizonal bouncing up and down Burns more calories than vertical jumping jacks... And is way more fun to do Sorry no whine today just a helpful tip
