Has some fool/ moron (at an event I went to) yesterday tell me I need to eat black eyed peas (which I hate) on New Years Day for good luck.. Look, bubba....I did that stupid thing years ago, that's how I know I don't like black eyed peas...and the 2 times I forced myself to eat them I had no better luck than I did in years I *didn't eat them..

Staying home and treat myself to a Couscous dish. Go for a looong bath with relaxing music. Play EVE online until I'm bored. Maybe come to the forums and see who's online. Watch newly downloaded movie on my bed until I pass out. I will not do the countdown to midnight. I will wish Happy New Year to a very select few.

Start the day off with a swim & some sun (haven't been able to do on NY day since my Palm Springs days). Football on TV Dinner w/a nice Cab Sav.

On New Year’s Eve, Our local restaurant is having a redneck dance with prizes for the best redneck costume. Should be a lot of fun, going with BF, daughter and a friend. I might even drink some alcohol. Definitely sleeping in the next day.
