Might be late for Christmas 2018 but people give gifts all year.
Man Crates http://www.mancrates.com/ The Hickory Grilling Man Crate Zombie Survival Man Crate Exotic Jerkygram Man Crate Exotic Meats Man Crate Retro Gamer Man Crate These are pretty cool and kinda pricy but as a gifting idea, you could probably build your own. One of the things I'm known to do for the women in my life is pick up a basket at Hobby Lobby and fill it with bath goodies and personal trinkets then wrap it as one item. |

Last minute stocking stuffers are easy to find at Five Below.
Slightly better quality than Dollar Tree. http://www.fivebelow.com/ Five Below Inc. is an American publicly held chain of discount stores that sells products that cost up to $5. The target demographics are children, adolescents, teens, and female. Stores are typically located in strip malls as opposed to standing alone.
Another gift idea is special foods along with the kitchen gadets related to the food. My nephew and his family love the cheese crate I put together when I'm up there. Like this but with my own selections. You could probably do a Chocolate Lover's basket or something. It wouldn't be too difficult to build your own based on their favorites. |

My former used to watch the Hallmark Christmas mega marathon ( which I think starts on Sept.01 and runs thru Christmas. And by sept.03, I was already sick of it.
Same basic stories ( and actors) A all business corp. man goes to small town to shut down the only steel mill.. employing the entire town. falls in love with the steel mill mangers daughter. and then convinces corporate NOT to shut the mill down.. and since everyone was in a feel good mood.. he also got corps to give raises all around. Basic plots are the same, scenario's change How much of that can a human possible watch? |

Gift cards and Cash are good. Most people appreciate buying what They want not what someone else gives them. I find people think gift cards and cash are impersonal. If you don't know them, why are you buying them a gift? When I buy gifts for Christmas, birthdays or whatever, I buy something I want them to have that says "hey, I've been paying attention to you and I thought you might really enjoy this". One thing I would never give as a gift is appliances, cookware or work supplies. That's just wrong. You give someone a gift of a vacuum cleaner you're essentially saying "You Suck". Gifts should be meaningful to the relationship you have with that person. Like the cheese box I give to my nephew. Every time I visit them they try to feed me. So the gift I give is always food related. Every woman I know, especially the moms, love to soak in the tub so I give them stuff to promote something they love to do. My one son has quite a dresser collection, he keeps lil gadgets on his dresser. I try to give him something for his dresser. Gifting is not something you do because they need it, its something you do to say "hey, you're special to me". Some are acknowledging their milestones. When the kids or grandkids show they are mature and responsible I might gift them a good watch or a good knife. When my daughter graduated college I made sure she got a gift commemorating her accomplishment. |
