Trying to stay positive in a world of negatively is a day to day struggle for me. Been burning sage, dunno if it is really helpful.

I can say they've gnawed me up a bit. but a little. So 2-3 days I'm a little relaxed. I've even been laughing in less than 10 days. Psychological dimension is a very different dimension.
