Ford's chief executive, Jim Hackett, took over last May. He's currently changing over the company to produce trucks, and suvs. The only car that survived Ford's change, is the Mustang. Sales are off 9% over all, because of that shakeup.

Ford stock is currently a recommended buy by most brokerages. Yes, profit sharing is off some. Doesn't mean it's going to stay that way.
