In my age preferences, I have listed from 65 to 75, but most of the matches I get are from women around 50. Why? If I can't fix this I will cancel

Myself I have my filters set and not having any problems, those that are not within my set filters have not been able to contact me. But if I contact them first then yes they can then get past the filters. Also if you are referring to them contacting you through the friends request then there is no way to filter that part out. The thing about those filters is that they are EASY to game. And age filters are the easiest to game: All that anyone has to do is change their age in their profile. They can then send you a message. And then change their age back.
But you should know that the people that make that effort are most likely a scammer or spammer, so you might want to block those people. |
