Yeah. I think I understand the tolerances of the terms you're using.
It's a common call when the biological clock is ticking more loudly in women in their 30's.
But you're kinda screwed if you're over about 25 and under about 45.

Ya see, when young, good, simple, honest, caring, loyal, and single men are all of these things because they haven't yet discovered that this really doesn't work at getting women, keeping women, or getting laid, or in anything much in life except for people to make judgments of them like "oh, he's such a nice guy, he makes a good friend."

Especially when the common advice for young ladies is "go out and have fun! You're too young to worry about that stuff now! Focus on school, your career, your independence and self sufficiency, discovering who you are, you can always settle down later."

So young men learn that being good, simple, honest, caring, loyal, doesn't get them anywhere except frustrated as it's thrown back in their face, used against them, and they're called naive, and boring, and clingy, and nice, and stuck in the friend zone, and all sorts of things that ultimately doesn't equate to social validation. IOW those traits aren't reinforced.

Just like when babies learn that when they cry they get food, and nurturing, and changed, and played with, and ultimately start crying and crying and crying, and the parents have to learn to not immediately pick it up?
Same thing. If behavior, behavioral traits, habits, ideas, aren't reinforced? They learn something new to get what they want.

Those that stick with the whole "good, simple, honest, caring, loyal" schtick tend to become a smaller population and get snatched up pretty quickly. Either by women who love to use those types of guys for their own egos/means, leading to them being off the market for a few years or decades, or snatched up by women that know how to value them, leading to potentially life time commitments.

Then a little past middle age and the mid life crisis, mid-late 40's, 50's, all the guys that left the whole "good, simple, honest, caring, loyal" schtick come back. Because look at the words you use. Being anything other than those things takes a lot of effort and money and stress and time and annoyance. Who has that kind of energy keeping track of lies? Paying fines for "bad" behavior or threatening the stuff they got? Who wants anything other than simple when you're trying to deal with middle age/dying family, your job, pressure from younger people, obsolete skills, retirement around the corner. Lack of loyalty means juggling women, more money on dates and hotels, there are better things to spend it on. Caring? More joy in more simple things. Thanks antidepressants and blood pressure pills due to work!

But unless you're willing to date a lot younger, or older, those traits among single people around your age are going to be relatively rare and you're going to have to put a lot more effort into finding them than just starting a billboard thread in the hopes that the needle in the haystack will jump up, start dancing and chasing you and validating you to get your attention.
