When That’s all a profile says, I always pass on by. I’m sure it’s great loss to anyone - just wondering if I’m the only one.

Could be not so great loss - scammers most likely, but yeah - there's always a chance that she might tell you later everything ...
Personally I don't pay attention to those either, though the reasons to not to fill out the profile can be different.

I'm also not going to wait, nor find out. If someone can't be bothered, why should I be?

I think mostly this happens when ppl sign up, have to fill in forms & answer questions while in actual fact they just want to get to the goodies. I've done that myself as well with sites where you cannot see what they got to offer and when they make you go through half an hours work before you can see the actual site.

A also skip ppl who say "Just ask me!"
Why should I? If they don't do anything to sell themselves -which is what it comes down to on a dating site profile- I'm not going to chase after it.
I don't do that with a new product either "just ask about me!" Sod off! Only if I know a product, and I like it, will I make an effort for it.

They're usually fake profiles.
