I had an altercation between me and this guy, and got into trouble...long story. I was with someone for 6 years and she became a heroin addict when pregnant with my kid and before that as well. The guy is the meth dealer that did that stuff. He has discussed how he made attempts on my life, and I found proof, although nobody did anything about it, and was still harassing me. Today, I got a call from the Sheriffs department telling me that I had a warrant for violating the no contact order that was in effect over this stuff. I never did anything to violate it, was careful not to. I can prove it, but I have to wait for a hearing to do that. That will more than likely be a month away, and with no resources to make bail, it kinda makes things a lot tougher. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice that can help?

ninja your gonna need a lawyer,, and pull all your records, they can prove if you have had contact or not, and make sure you have your witnesses lined up

tell the sheriff u want to see the warrant, and how come you did not get a copy of the no contact order. go find out for sure if there is one. u want to see it and u want a copy.
and if there is a warrant out for you like a bench warrant, that is for a no show, and a free night in jail.

I would suggest an attorney also just because they can be more informative on legal matters. This being on your record could hurt you more than you may know later. Good Luck

Yeah, I got a concrete alaby, but this lawyer was saying that it doesnt make any difference until the hearing about it, which will more than likely be for next month. I'd rather be locked up for something that I actually did though. Some homies of mine wanted to go and fck him up, but that will just make it worse. I'm just wondering if I'll be able to contest this stuff at the arrainment tomorrow.

bring everything you have with you,, cause they do know that people say you did something and cant prove it. so bring your a game and be ready for whatever they throw at you. one lo to another,, be ready.
