Well, being human is kind of a curse I suppose. You need to "Black Out". Turn all the lights out, close your bedroom door, get under the covers, close your eyes and just imagine the color black consuming all your thoughts until your mind is blank, just the color black. Don't fight, just do. That helps me sometimes.

That I'll have to go over the Neeltje Jans -part of the Delta works- tonight to bring my car to garage for its MOT. With these winds I'm not going to be happy... Neeltje Jans is high and exposed, and about 10-12 km long. Hooray! Hihi.
