I'm way too over heated with those on. They're fine for outside, but then I go inside to work and get too hot. It's 52 but feels like 10 and the air is really damp. This is what's killing me physically. Buuuuurrrrr.... yuck! Still hot and humid here |

They're talking about jalapenos and other hot peppers. Dub says he doesn't care that nawty likes chili piquin and nawty says everything she says is important and that she matters. I think!

Normally I do. And in the beginning we got along. Until I refused to join in on her gossip and talking bad about people, then she started nit picking on me. And she can't tolerate anyone who doesn't work 24/7 like she does.

Well the more I work for her and watch her, the more I don't care for what I see. I think the kicker was when I caught her talking bad about me behind my back. She claims to tell people exactly what she thinks and says she can't stand two faced people, but then acts that way.
She tells me stuff the housekeepers say about me and that I can't trust them... It's just getting really uncomfortable here. Not a lot I can do other than quit because it's a privately owned business. I was going through my paperwork to get the number for some Michigan business I need to take care of and found my certificates from Florida. I was nominated for the "Excellence" and "Passion" value awards, and got the Passion Value Award, plus when they did employee of the month when I first started, I was nominated twice for that. I want to go where I am appreciated for what I do... And seeing those reminded me that I am a good worker, that I am worthwhile. She seems to be purposely looking for mistakes now. She walked around this morning pointing out everything I hadn't done yet... including not vacuuming the rug outside the door where a guest is sleeping. My employers in Florida want me back, and here I sit being silly and putting up with a bunch of crap! I just wanted to be able to travel for a bit when I leave, rather than go back right away and start working again. Either way, I can still afford to leave and wait a month or two before going back to work. A month would be more reasonable. It just sucks because I don't know or rather I doubt I will get a decent reference and this was the Assistant Management position
