“I can do all this through him who gives me strength.”
— Philippians 4:13 (NIV) There will be moments when your faith falters, when you’re lonely or exhausted or just plain sad. There will be moments where grief grabs a hold of you and crumbles you to the ground, where all that you’ve believed feels empty, and when each breath feels like a chore. But in these moments, you will find redemption and power in His name. In these moments, if you choose to follow Him, He will guide you away from the heartbreak, the loneliness, the death, the loss, the toughest moments of your life, and back into His arms. God’s word and love will give you strength, even when you feel empty. So trust Him. Give Him control. Give Him your fears and anxieties and aches. Give Him all of you, and allow Him to work His beauty and grace into your life. Let Him remind you are—a child of God. |

Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. ...
Life is full of happiness and tears; be strong and have faith. ... I believe if you keep your faith, you keep your trust, you keep the right attitude, if you're grateful, you'll see God open up new doors. ... Keep your dreams alive. ... Believe in yourself! |

Thank You Andy for your post.
Grief is real. You can never rebuilt yourself because you will never be the same person. God has told us in His Word that all our days are numbered. Death has nothing to do with us as a spouse, it is between God and the dying. This is a time when we have to rely on our relationship with God and our faith. He has told us He will carry us. It takes patience because we are still human, but that calls for more time on our knees. God Bless You. |
