Topic: Who's your hero? | |
---|---|
If you could pick anybody, alive or dead, factual or fictional, WHOM YOU DON'T KNOW PERSONALLY, who would it be and why?
Mine's an easy one. Jack Skeleton (aka The Pumpkin King) from Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. He's got the style and charisma, wild curiosity and no fear, which is how I try to live. But what makes him my hero is his ability to go from miserably depressed to enthralled in just one musical solo! |

That's easy. But,only if I get two heros. Any single parent with no support is my hero. Any person that has died for what they believe in (terrorists and whacked out teens with AK47s do NOT count). That means Joan of Arc, Martin Luther King Jr, the police and firefighters of the world- YESSSSSSSS.. 40+ members of the deck of 52 cards- NOOOOOOOO...

My mom and my grandmom. In the face of all adversities and trouble, they held strong. Especially my mom. She gave me that strong foundation and courage to accept who I am, and be what I should be. Am in control thanks to both those women.
