I have rebooted my computer three times. Even tried exiting out of MSN. It will not allow me to type. Will not even allow me to exit it. I do not know what is wrong with it. Anybody have any ideas? Getting too expensive to use my cell for it all the time.

And I am sorry that this maybe considered to be in the wrong forum but I seem to get a faster response here.

Ok I have used drive defragamter or disk cleanup and that fixed my computer.

I just ran that last night. I do it once a week religously.

Msn messenger? Only happen on messenger? does it type in anything else?

Do you have virus program and firewall?

turn off the modem and then turn it back on after 20 seconds!!!!!!!!!

I am running AVG and spybot search and destroy.

And it is the part where you type the message on messanger where I can not type. And it is only there.

And I am on wireless on my laptop. Can not turn off the modem.

sigh.... spy-ware virus or anything has nothing to do with the keyboard.... more less try typing on Wordpad and see if it types from there..

I can type everwhere else but on my msn. I am typing here just fine.

Have you tried uninstalling the Messanger and then reinstalling ?

KalamazooGuy calm down it's going to be okay !

I had problems with window live id sign in. i signed in with my account name, and there was another account under my name,cause it says sign in with a different account.....

and there was a pix of palm trees. then, i went into messenger, and i had all kinds of friends i never saw before.

so i complained, and msn said that there was noone on my account, and not to worry. the support address i got was a very long one, not your typical support address....
i think i should worry.

well your first problem is you are using MSN!!!
