A dawn I once knew, brilliant bright and full of life:
I only remember as a dream. I knew my self well. A curse from hell: I only follow among the tree’s and shadows of the night: A sadness inside me, stabbed at my soul: I wept out of control: My eye’s so very sensitive, and skin so fair. I was not strong ,nor rich with life: I was doomed to live in the night. My cry’s slowed at the sound of music: I could see a ghostly reminder sitting alone playing a somber song: hundreds of men began dancing hand and hand: I to began to dance. Spinning around faster and faster, Tell! A dead calm. I quickly fell to my knees: I felt alone and the sadness, cutting deep inside me: I pleaded to the day ,,, “Oh PLEASE ..LET ME SEE THE DAWN! But without an answer ,I knew what I faced: I felt disgraced: One only true fate I was shown was my own. I was turned to a new life, and I was to follow the music from miles away: I am called by no-one.... For I knew nothing but fear & darkness I pity nothing but my self. My only regret is the dawn I’d never see again:: An Eternal Sadness::::::::::::::::::: |
