No, they need to get up off their arse and walk two feet in front of where they are to use the butt dispenser.
It's like people who go to parks and throw the garbage on the ground a foot away from the trash can.... Just extremely rude and inconsiderate people. Time to change the subject... When's the next fishing trip?

Yes I agree.
My room is awesome. Cozy and away from the busy tourist area. The fort park is across the street from me and I have a nice view of the bridge and lake.
