Busy with a weight loss program :)
Somewhere in the course of next year I’m undergoing bottom surgery as part of my MtF transition, and I want to lose weight to minimize the risks related to weight.
I am weighing a bit over 150 lbs and I’m 5 feet 5.
I’m a bit scared that my bust size will go down.
My goal is to keep my current bust size and to narrow my waist.
Could waist training be helpful in my case?
I run 2 miles a day.
I am trying to cut out on sugar and fat and eat more healthy.
I want to improve my hip to waist ratio while keeping my bust size as it is.
My buttocks are good as they are too. Would love to keep them that way.
What are great options for targeted weight loss?
I could use some weight loss on my legs as well.

I lost 10 lbs at the beginning of the year with help from the treadmill and a diet. I lost weight all over. I don't think you can keep from losing some weight in your boobs.

I wouldn't worry too much about losing the weight for surgery. I had surgery a few months ago and between the procedure, hospital food and rehab I dropped 14 lbs. I had to work to put it back ON.

I don't think you can lose weight in a specific area of your body. You can exercise different muscles to be stronger, tighter. It might be your genes, as well. You can only get your hips so narrow, as an example.

Same challenge and too much social eating doesn't help! Now started my long walks and light gym work just to tone up and feel better. Long way to go.

The poster above is correct

Walk

I exercise my body at work but it is my walks that I think benefit me the best. I just put on the classic rock on the headphones and walk after work. It is great for " thinking things out time" to.

Plus you never know what you will see or find in your walks. I found $20 last week. :)

Might try yoga... it's a good low impact exercise imo if your joints are in decent shape.
