I have sent several recovering soliders cards this year. They need our thanks and good cheer...

Think of how many people get depressed around the holidays that are just in the general public.... It's probably a whole lot worse over there. So far away from their loved ones.

 Almost 1000 threads have been made since this one I'm so glad to see all that really support our troops.
Maybe a few of the bored whiners should try even giving a little support. I wouldn't even think of saying trading places because their sorry butts couldn't even make it a day there. Karma is a b*tch people! When everybody is opening all their presents & sitting down to their wonderful dinner with family, take a moment of silence & look at yourselves.

I just wanted to let you know that while I was sending my cards, my 17 yr old came in with her friends and we are celebrating her birthday today and they wanted to send the cards to our troops, it just touch my heart, because here lately it has been all about her. I am going to send to our school around here and have them send it to the troops. Thank you so much for this link. |
