I believe the intent of the OP was that if the illegal alien wasn't here then the rape wouldn't of occurred. Obviously all rape is evil and should be punished accordingly. I personally am for legal immigration, but I am not for some criminal coming here illegally which gives him or her a ground to prey upon and commit more crimes.

That is exactly the point the op was making. A point that goes on deaf ears with the left. If the Illegal alien is not physically here that kid does NOT get raped. If the 200,000 illegals in prison were not here to begin with, then 200,000 crimes are not committed. And lets be serious, do you think the 200,000 in prison were caught on the first crime they committed.

If that were truly the case, then the nationality, or legal status of the perpetrator would have no bearing. It's not that a child was brutalized, that's not the main topic, it's that a child was brutalized by an "illegal alien". Sounds to me like the major complaint is that the victim didn't patronize home industry. I think the victim's complaint would be getting brutalized period? yes , in this case the child is a special needs child. Rape is a horrible thing, its horrendous when a natural born citizen does it and its horrendous when an illegal alien does it, what most people are more upset about is it was an illegal alien doing it because they shouldn't have been here in the first place or do you not understand that? People are outraged when someone that vulnerable gets raped by a home grown rapist, believe me there are people lined up to rip his head and nuts off that would circle the country twice. But we are not talking about a home grown rapists, we are talking about this particularly scumbag who happens to be an illegal alien

Because they are American born they should be excused? law enforcement job is to catch these predators You asked me once how much is too much and you replied just one is enough more than one is tragedy. Some illegals have raped, the stats shows that at least the ones that are caught, I put up that report, 12% sexual assault... THAT IS TOO MUCH I dont care if they are illegal or not, I dont want to see any woman or child get raped by anyone. So will you answer my question where do you put those that are detained?

Dahmer's death was a harsh and fitting one...I would say justice was served...but I'm sure the guy that used the broomhandle on him was paid nicely...

Mora "willingly submitted to a DNA test and he is hopeful that this DNA test is going to clear everything." Results for a paternity test were still pending, according to the report. i'll wait for the test results come in.. if they show Mora to be the father, i'll volunteer to throw the first stone...if they show he could not be the father then send him to immigration court and keep looking for the one who impregnated her... i agree Argo .... he has not been found guilty .. wonder if the op would still have posted this topic had the suspect been an American Yes I would have, rape is rape and should be a capital offense. I want to see the left and Liberals spin this What should be done about his scum rapist? rapists, regardless of citizenship status, should be proven guilty and face the consequence of the law hopefully this guy will be in the same place as the cop who sexually assaulted a grade schooler and threatened the mother with deportation if she reported him. the common denominator in both is "illegals"... You make an issue about the cop breaking the law, but not the illegal.... except that I said they would BOTH be in the same place ... our already overcrowded prison doesn't need illegals in it too...they can rape in their own country and let their prison system deal with it... Or we make it a Capitol Offense with a speedy appeals process.

You cross the boarder illegally into North Korea you get 10 years in Prison, in Afghanistan you get shot In America you get, welfare, healthcare, food stamp. and a drivers license And you get to work under the table, thus avoiding taxes and not disrupting your " benefits". You get to have kids and let someone else pay the costs. The kid is now a citizen, so Uncle Sam is not going to throw Mom and Dad out now... no.. none of this is planned out beforehand.. none of it.. it happens that way just "by chance" something wrong here. In North Korea it's over 10 years of hard labor and you left out Iran.....
