But if the gun you just shot someone with is in the car, you know you are going to jail for a very long time. Escaping a 30 year prison sentence might be worth a chance of being shot. Jews in Nazi Germany were in danger period,blacks folks in America are not in danger from the police ,if that was the case more black folks would be killed. The biggest killer of black men in America is not the police , its other black men ( gang activity) or dont you care. Care to dispute those facts? oh I know we are not talking about that, we are talking about a teen who was shot in the back by a white cop for running. Even though he was involved in another shooting earlier and the driver of the vehicle was not shot. |

The only crime he was OBVIOUSLY guilty of, was evading police.
But even FELONY evading, is not a capital offense. If nothing else, this death sentence is a clear violation of the eighth amendment. |
