Yes, I met two of my friends from the forums... so far! Both were as I expected personality wise. They were both as they are in the forums and even nicer in person.

I met a few peeps off of DH, but I doubt I will ever try that again on any other site. when things go well it goes well. when things don't, adults find a way to become children who feel the need to lie and tear someone down. I don't have time to waste on idiots any more.

I haven't been on here very long. I've met people from POF. You don't really know someone until you meet. I learned early on not to put too much time into getting to know them before meeting. It's nice to have a good date.

I did meet a few on Dh, but decided to cease anymore of that sort of thing. Mingle? Nope. Not meeting anyone anymore. LoL, those days are over. I'm more than good on my own.

I would be too afraid to meet one on one. I have a friend who had a very bad experience and just don’t think it’s worth the risk.
I’ve met with a group before and was super anxious the whole time, but might do that again if at least a couple of online friends were going to be there. |

I've been here since 2012. And have never met one person from here. Nothing personal, but that's OK. I don't mind it being that way. So far I've never talked to anyone local to me that I would want to meet from here.
