Yeah, times have changed.
People seem to be
"Living with the Shades Pulled Down"
Literally for some, figuratively for most.

I think a concern. I don't have to call anybody, my other good neighbor will if necessary, in the near future.

so,you have 'suspicions',and 'a concern',but you dont want to do anything about them, and would rather just wait for SOMEONE ELSE to do something about it,so that you wont have to voice your concerns to anybody in real life, and be publically ridiculed for it???

but,you came into an online public forum asking for other people's opinions, and advice, seeking justification,or validation for what you perceive is your 'right to be nosy'?

yeah...
at THIS point,i kind of HAVE TO stand by my previous judgement that it is none of your business!!

and, also that you should seek some help for dealing with your xenophobia/social anxiety, and get a life!!

cuz,the world is a lot nicer place when you arent afraid of it!!

PS:
the fact that the property owner is 'retired','a veteran,'in a nursing home',or any other of your descriptive adjectives that you used doesnt really have a single thing to do with ANY of this, and is just another method that you are trying to use to rationalize your nosiness.

LMBO!!
i remember her!!!

that is 'Mrs. Kravitz',the nosey neighbor on the old TV show 'Bewitched',who was always peering through her curtains, spying on everybody in her neighborhood, and complaining about everything that they did!!!
laugh

Nice!!!

You should probably tell the landlord. What they are doing isn't criminal but might be breaking the lease. Doesn't sound bad unless they are damaging the property. Could be he found a woman and her dad was part of the package.

Interesting! You maybe right!

Anyway I seen the Landlord over there last week. He lives a few miles away.
He. has a nice Truck. That is why I knew. It was him.

i am still trying too figure out where the 'veteran' part comes into this.
being a veteran myself,i take great interest whenever anybody starts tossing that label around, especially when i feel it is just being used as a tool for somebody else to further their own personal agenda.

and, also, the OP said that the LANDLORD[i thought the lady who was in a nursing home was the property owner, otherwise, why even bother mentioning her???] was recently seen on the property,so if there is someone else living in a travel trailer on the property,he already knows about it,and if HE doesnt have an issue with it,i REALLY dont see where it is any concern of the OP's!!

Shovel, me too. Maybe it's a reference to "veteran curtain twitcher "?
And, would you ignore the landlord if he had a crappie truck?
