reported a fake profile with a stolen pic and they keep coming back with the same account. how do they keep getting back in when my friend got locked out and has a ticket filed to prove they are real

Scammers/Fakes make several profiles as fast as you can delete them.. We ask that all are reported and let Admin take care of it... As far as your friend they will need to contact Support and get them to look at the account and determine what is wrong with their account here is that link..

ok thanks for responding, they have contacted support and will just keep reporting the fake profile.

I've probably reported over 20 accounts today,one of them has been back 3 times already...
I don't think anyone on here is actually real! |

Sorry you are running into that but, it takes time for Admin to get all the reports taking care of, they work on them all the time...
Many times they will make several profiles at a time... Or as soon as theirs get banned they come right back.. each time they have to create new e-mails.. If you are seeing the same account within the same day it is possible they have not got to that report yet.. and will get to it as soon as they can.. Forum Admin Kristi |
