I picked up a Porterhouse today.
Round about 10pm I'm fixin to fire up the charcoal grill and cook it up med rare for some steak goodness.
I'm trying to reset my clock to night to get away from the oppressive heat of the day.
Having a bit a trouble with my sleep schedule, am I'm thinkin changing my eating schedule should help.
This cam copy of JWFK really sux - lol.

Would be nice to find a date to go see it when it releases on the 22nd but that option doesn't seem fruitful right now.
Any takers? There's a steakhouse right by the theater...

I have some mushrooms I might saute up as a garnish.
Please don't say ketchup and steak.
I have 4 different A-1 sauces to choose from.
But, really, I like mine with a lil seasalt and some crushed peppercorns with a pad of butter and that's enough.

The only thing better than steak is steak AND lobster.
If you're good...really good, I'll take you for some surf & turf.
But...It all hinges on whether or not you like Dinosaurs.
