Don't know what to tell you but never give out any of your personal info like that so quickly. Really sounds suspicious to me when they asked to verify your age and background. They just want more personal info from you. I certainly would report them.

probably not, since he/she/it never asked you for money... Look them on it first...

It is a very prevalent scam.
Report, block, forget.

We never discuss scams in the forums as it tends
to help them more than us.

You can right-click over their main picture and it
should give you a drop-down menu with a Google Search
for image, something like that, to see where on the
internet that picture has played..and who it is.

That is good advice, thank you. I have been using a mobile device up untill now. I am new to this whole meeting online thing and I admit that I am quite naive still. I have contacted an admin to give advice and look into it if possible. I seem to have the worst of luck at everything.
