What on Earth is a curved ball? 
It's a baseball term ( I adore baseball sorry for confusing you) Just how he said it, kind of a tricky ball to throw in a baseball game.

not a curved ball but a curve ball it is a type of baseball pitch the pitcher throws the ball and includes enough english that it does actually curve on the way to the catcher |

While I think the thread maybe needed and you would be doing everyone on mingle a favor by getting it out there, can say I dislike the title.  It seems somewhat negative.
Really if you put activity partners in the name it will be locked for duplicate. 100% I have been ignoring, but the natives are becoming hostile even with filtering
