New York to Dallas, plane engine blew and a window and part of the plane had gone. One lady got part sucked out. Any the pilot was calm cool and collective land that plane and saved lives. Sothwest plane. 149 on board.

She really displayed amazing skill, I was really struck by how calm she sounded on the radio with air traffic control. I understood she's been with SWA for about 25 years, along with her husband who is also an SWA pilot.

Yes. I heard her on our local radio station and she was amazingly calm.That is a good thing to have a pilot like that in control of the plane.

Sully (2016) (with Tom Hanks) was an amazing story. Technically, I wouldn't consider a pilot landing a plane that should have crashed as a "Tragedy"? I would consider it "Good Fortune". She did a great job! She was one of the first women to fly the F18 Hornet in combat for the Navy.
