Evening Mikey

It was in Worcester, I hope, I spelt it right. A young guy with MS turning a derelict cave into a house. Impressive

Usually I only go there every 4 months to pick up scripts. Just this time something out of the ordinary. Back in 4 weeks time.

She has the same as me.
She said in a thread the other day that her heart beats fast for no reason!
I've had sciatica , I see an osteopath every few months

I didn't relate this to a medical condition tears

Anyway, I am taking a magic pill and go to the physio once a month. She is brutal as hell, deep tissue massage. But it helps

When I first hurt my lower back I went to a chiropractor, she made it worse, could hardly walk, went straight to the osteopath and bingo!
Had more follow up appointments and it's been fine, just a tune up every couple of months. physio is debatable I'd say. sciatica is the nerve that goes through the pelvis being compressed by inflammation of the muscles.
But osteopaths are expensive £50 a time!

I never had problems with my physio. Though I am forking out 50 quid each time. But the health system in Ireland is shite frustrated
