Well he wouldn't date me since I was still married... He picked me up from the court house with the final papers, then we went on a date.

 I had my mind set on moving to Florida, so we only dated for a short time. Guess if he really was a keeper, he would have asked me to stay or followed me there

I've been single for over 4 yrs so guess I'm used to it by now. I just couldn't figure out why divorce was taking so long as most of the people I knew got their divorces in a year. But now that's it's finally happening I just want to celebrate.I'm not sad and have no regrets but the only way to explain it is by saying it's a sort of release. Feeling happy though  That's good Delightful, I'm happy for you too

It's nice to know that you all 'get' where I'm coming from. Did wonder if I was weird feeling that way. I'm quite excited about the future now. I'm already looking for a house to buy and will move away from where I am. Coincidentally, my ex only lives half a mile from me but I'm moving to be closer to my daughter and her family.
