From barely sleeping the three days before. I woke up a couple times but was able to get back to sleep. Normally if I wake up after a few hours, I can't get back to sleep. So you've been blessed with insomnia too Larsi? Aye. Insomnia, anxiety, impatience, obsessive thinking about stupid things ... you name it Sounds like you have a lot going on, so the insomnia is giving you plenty of time to figure things out.  Hope things calm down for you.  If I wrote everything down, that bothers me, I would crash this site due to information overload  But hey, I am not giving up, getting counselling and stuff like that  That's great, good to do when things get past too much to the point of overload. I find or have in the past, that journaling helps. It's a good release of what's in the head, and much more private than airing it out in public where it's subject to all sorts of comments.  Better than yours I'm thinking   Good, thanks for asking. I was just looking at hotel costs for my overnight layover and had a cool idea. Instead of staying at the hotel where the layover is for a really short time, I will leave here early on the 11th, stay overnight in Denver and take the morning flight. Then I can enjoy my stay at the hotel, lounge in the hot tub, have dinner and a free breakfast.  How was your day? |

Thanks Mikey... I was just teasing you. And I'm glad you chose Wonder woman, got to thinking about it and Catwoman's bad... don't want to be called her My other option would be to get to Dallas on the earlier flight, stay the night there and leave really early. Or better would be to go to Chicago, get there around dinner time and take the late morning flight so I can enjoy breakfast and the amenities. Lots of options! Actually Dallas or Chicago would might be better since my luggage will have been checked, I won't have to take it with me to the hotel.

That's the plan Delightful which is why I am looking for which travel options would give me more rest time. There aren't a lot to choose from and with being on a time frame, I'm a little limited when it comes to personal preferences about how much down time I'd like.
I have decided that I'm telling her I won't be there until Saturday, that way I can relax in Traverse City for a couple days. Visit with my son and do a little shopping. If she tells me too bad, be there earlier or I don't have a job... well I guess it will be back to searching! Regardless of anything, because of where I am and having to take the shuttle to the airport (two or more hour ride), I will have to spend the night at a motel somewhere. There are no later flights out of Denver. Only early ones and overnight ones. |
