Spring is in the air and the animals are looking lively, what's the funniest thing you've seen them getting up to?
Today I watched a young black bird and a young dove having a tug of war over a piece of long grass, they both gave up! |

One of my funnel web spiders made an egg sack last night... And a stupid skunk keeps coming around here stinking up the area...

I saw 2 foxes in the garden this morning but they didn't do anything funny. Does that count? Only if they were wearing those little red hunting jackets

I have two baby chipmunks using my empty planter as a hiding place. They’ve been playing peekaboo with me. I believe they call it, pleas-don’t-eat-me-boo.

I've noticed birds flocking north.
More seagulls on the beach and deeper inland. I've also noticed more insects during the day and during some of the warmer evenings. Birdsong is louder. Also noticed a few fire ant mounds in the yard starting to grow. Oh and I have also noticed a louder evening frog noise after a warm rain. No bullfrogs yet but they do get pretty loud on some evenings. |

Was when I was in the Keys too. It's funny here, 50 degree weather yesterday morning and 6 inches of snow today. Was pretty with all the fresh snow, it was looking pretty muddy and yucky the last week. |
