i am still friends with my X wife as well as some of my X g.f.'s <shrug> but if you still have feelings for them , like it sounds you do , then i wouldn't sagest it you are just leaving yourself open for even more pain

Doesn't mean she is in love with you or wants to be friends. It has to be both. But you have to give it time after a break to think about friendship
