Other than the fact that you do have a photo posted there really is nothing else for anyone to rate. If you want a potential match to notice you, you have to fill out the profile better, in other words list your interests and tell a little about yourself. So you have a choice. Do nothing and your chances will be about as good as they apparently have been since you joined or do a better job of filling your profile out and greatly increase your chances.
