For some reason the clicky clicky noise that poker chips make. I just love them. It makes me sleep in no time. I like to turn on Poker After Dark sometimes when I'm trying to sleep.

aww cute Zach I had a 6 pack of it in my beer fridge and I'd get one out when my friends came over to watch Monday Night Football or some other weekday sporting event... every time I'd have 1 or 2 and be falling asleep in my chair by halftime of the game. I haven't bought any since.

I put in Nox Arcana or Midnight Syndicate. I find the music soothing and relaxing. Only other thing that helps me sleep are thunderstorms.
