I don't have a smart phone, just a basic cell and I'm on my sister's family plan. I don't want to rock the boat with her. I'm grateful she volunteered to pay. I live close to the library and bakery. was just food for thought cat for example verizons prepaid smart plan is 40 amonth flat for 3 gig at high speed and unlimited slower after that and i am on line with the laptop thru it now
