All I ask, is just one dance.
One moment with you, one chance.
Take me in your arms, hold me tight.
I'll breathe you in and feel your light.
Give me time, let's capture the night.

All I ask, is just one embrace.
Touch my heart, can you feel each beat race?
Hold me close, forget the past.
Take my soul, make this minute last.
Let's move slowly. Please, not too fast.

All I ask, is just one kiss.
Sweet and gentle, a moment of bliss.
Caress my face, forget about tomorrow.
Chase away my fears and sorrow.
My spirit is yours, darkness is ours to borrow.

All I ask, is to lie down beside you.
Surround me with your warmth, color the sky blue.
Reach my mind, let's erase away the pain.
Never question the things you can't explain.
Hold my hand, let their be no more rain.

All I ask, is to be your friend.
I am here for you. Always, til the end.
You came into my life, I know you care.
I've kissed your lips, I've touched you and here and there.
I am a part of you, if only you would dare.

All I ask, is for you to see.
That I have shared your dreams, your spirit touched me.
I know your smell, I know you well.
I've shared your pain, I've known your hell.
There is more than words can say, so much to tell.

All I ask, is just one more dance.
One moment with you, one chance.
Sweet friend, please take my hand.
We don't need music or a band.
No rights, no wrongs, nothing to understand.......

Sigh, to be that open...................not today, not tomorrow, but eventually, yes eventually.

That was beautiful Rose....just to have that one chance to hold and to feel the heart of another beating next to yours...what a vision you have put out there.
