A few days ago I had sent a message to a member. The message appeared in my mail box. a couple days later my account tab stated the member had messaged me back. I looked in my mail and the thread was not there. I have asked site help but thought this might be faster. Thanks for any assistance.

First thing to do: Check to see if that person's
profile is still active. If not, there is your answer why the mail disappeared. If it is still active, then you have an issue. Be aware that deleted mails cannot be retrieved :-) |
