True, it's just after I found out by accident, I'm just a bit put off on the thought of any kind of ice cream. I had it coming out both ends, and was on a dinner date with Ria.. I never had a problem before that, but then, I've never been a big ice cream eater, it makes my teeth cold, and when they start warming up they hurt.. especially where the metal pin is still in there..

Yeah... I have been having a lot of trouble from this blown disc in my neck past several days.. probably aggravated it trying to be too active. Keep getting a headache and I rarely get them since I stopped smoking. A massage, or some reflexology might be nice |

Well with the blown disc be careful letting just anyone give you a massage. They could cause more damage. But a professional who specializes in that kind of thing would be cool for you.

Well, it's not just one. It's 3, I think, 2 for sure, and when the orthopedic doctor found the one in my neck because I was having pain in my left shoulder and arm, he told me there were two choices, I start taking it easy and maybe no more would go, or he could operate immediately but if he fused it all that would happen is one below it would blow, and they'll keep on because I have some crappie gene and every joint in my body is deteriorating more rapidly than a normal person my age. That news alone was enough to send me into a depression, let alone I've been dealing with a back injury since 88.. my hands are near useless, both thumb joints are gone and while they can repair them, it would be pointless because the rest of my knuckles are going or gone and they can't fix those... so, that has been something else on my mind, who wants a broken and broke old man that can't work. I know, I've been going out on the boat, but it comes with a price. It is at the point that if I don't just do, and put up with the pain, and rest when it's too much, then what's the point in living? Oh, staying... You should run lol |
