Im thinking... Freaking muggy/humid and already sweating kinda day...

Wishing I could hold to a normal sleep schedule...

thinking it is gonna be one of those days..
felt motivated this morning to bake muffins
got out ingredients and found my recipe
tossed into the oven some blueberry bran muffins
to enjoy with my morning coffee..
then just as I pulled them out of oven
the corner of tray got caught on oven rack
I flipped the whole thing upside down
muffins went flying in pieces all over my oven door
and all over my floor..
so I scrapped out a couple muffin bottoms with a fork
for breakfast..and set to work cleaning up the mess
yep..could be one of those days

Sorry but that made me laugh, I can just imagine your face and the fume you must have felt.
