If everything is already predestined then what's the point in trying. I mean if the right person is just going to fall into my lap why not just sit in my big comfy chair until she comes crashing through my ceiling?

It depends on what you mean by Destiny. It is certainly so, that what is possible in the future, is determined by what is true today.

Right... You missed the "Where" I guess?
If something is destined it doesn't mean you can sit on your *** on your sofa with a beer and wait for it to happen.
What is destined to happen can be missed because you always have free choice. She might in actual fact be right outside your door, but you'd miss the chance to meet her because you choose to be moping on your @$$ on the couch.
Opportunities can be missed ya know. But there will always be another one, provided you get off your @$$.

love is destiny

I would kinda agree, since it's not really in your control who you love.
The only control you have is keeping yourself from loving someone.
Love is a natural process you can only interrupt, not force to begin.
You can rationalize and delude yourself into believing it is there, modifying your behavior to approximate what you think loving behavior is, in a sense using that as evidence to prove you love someone, relabeling emotions and feelings to fit that narrative.

But the process is not something you can consciously, directly, willfully, control or choose to go through.

who..where...when..all destiny

Only if you hold conscious choice as meaningless and not part of life.
I mean if while driving you choose to close your eyes, let go of the wheel, and slam your foot down on the gas pedal, then "who..where...when.." you hit something "could" be considered "all destiny," but it would be a simplistic view.

I was speaking hypothetically, besides I gave up on finding someone about a decade ago after having spent more then a decade looking.

I'm only here for the entertainment.
