Buy him some tools from Canadian Tire and maybe an old car to stick on the driveway. That'll keep him occupied for a while and he might learn something too. He's getting to the driving age soon.flowerforyou

My parents bought me condoms as a stocking stuffer one year. It was very awkward.

You could also put some of his favorite candy and a gift card to someplace he likes. Movie tickets.

They obviously wanted their son to be SAFE. As stupid as that sounds, now a days...kids start having sex....waaaayyyyy too soon if you ask me. If you have NO money to purchase them yourself...well....you never know when you just might NEED one.

hm, condoms?
ah...no. that WOULD be akward.
some cds, gift certificates, memory sticks some decals for his board, tools to make his skateboarding life easier, skate mags, new weels and trucks...that would be sweet. or money always works, but i would suggest giftcards to his favorite places to shop, so u know were the money is going.

PS 2 games possibly. Is he a gamer? If so, video games are also a possibility.

Keywhee:

Why the heck would they have done something so weird? That's just not appropriate. There are other, better times when that could have been done.

he likes to skateboard? go to a skate shop and ask about "finger boards". these are miniature skateboards that yuo manipulate with your fingers instead of your feet. My parents got some for me one year as stocking stuffers and I loved it.

and i just mean the wheels not the whole board...
