I like cooking for a girl. I'm not great at it but I'm learning and getting better. I make a killer cheesecake. Other favorites are cajun alfredo pasta, miso fish, i've made tempura a few times, chinese style curry chicken. When ever I have something at a restaurant that I like, or see something on foodnetwork, I find a recipe and try it out. oh yeah deep fried ice cream is awesome.

I never understood people who didn't want to learn to cook. I mean, everybody likes eating good food right? (well maybe not Kate Moss but she's a coked up little anorexic). I simply got tired of spending so much money and eating fast food and cheese steaks so often. Foodnetwork.com is a great place to pick up tips, they also have videos to learn different techniques, like how to cut properly etc. I'm trying to learn how to make sushi right now cause I love me some good sushi but my rolls come out kinda lumpy.
