This is what I am seeing now that I am dating at a more "mature age". Men my age got divorced, started a new life with a woman many years their junior, married and had children. Ultimately the age difference proved too much and they split. Now they are coming back to the women more their age that will have nothing to do with them because they have small children!

my thing is....and im sure everyone read my thread on why men like older women...is that he is old enough to buy you an alcoholic beverage (as was not the case for me). i think i was the one that had a problem with age difference.

if when you two are together, and you can think that you love this man more than anything, then why would age be a hinderance in the relationship? as long as you know its right, then who cares about how people look at you? their looks should consist of envy! the envy that two people could be so much in love!

anywhoo. thats my spill...as for me, yeah, i followed my gut and cut that lil boy loose. at 18, they dont know what they really want, and are not ready for what us mature ladies have to offer them!

best of luck hun!

This week I was e-mailed by 3 guys in their 30's, who say they love "mature" women. I hate that. I'm old and immature--always have been. They must have read an article that says "mature" women make better lovers 'cause we're so greatful. I'm greatful when I'm not being groped in my sleep. I'm greatful for being able to take a shower with no uninvited company. I'm greatful for getting a day off 'cause I checked into a motel to get some rest. I'm greatful that I don't have to undress in the closet so as he won't get horney seeing me in my bra. LOL. 5-10 years either way is fine with me. A 26 year difference is a bit much.
