What will it say if you've been blocked. That the person deactivated their account or what?

People block others usually for a reason, deactivated is another matter by itself. As long as I know, I have not being block, so not sure how it work on the blocked side.

When you have been blocked you will not know that you have been.. Your e-mails seem to go through but the other party does not get them instead they are hidden... So you just think that they have not opened them or do not want to respond..
When a user has deactivated you will see the pop up saying they have deactivated.. With that you will see that same pop up no matter if they deactivated or the site banned them... Therefore just means they may come back if they did it on their own or they will never be back if the site did it..

When you deactivate your account can it be reactivated? Yes. If the member de-activates themselves. If the site bans them then no but it shows de-activated just like if the member does it themselves |
