Maybe I'm just the type of woman that men sleep with, not the kind they fall in love with. I mean, unless I act like a total slut (which only happens when drunk and is VEEEEERY rare)they ignore me. What is it about me that makes every other woman so much more worthy of an honest man than I am? I know this sounds really depressing, but I just want to know what I'm doing wrong so I can fix it. For the most part I'm usually pretty confident, I'm kind to everyone, I speak my mind, I'm very eclectic so no man will EVER be bored with me in their entire life.... I mean, just look at all my 'faces' in my pictures... they're all different sides of me. Ugh, this game of love is difficult and I'm tired of playing.

because your little headline thingy says.. "Prince my a$$, I just want a fun date...." but -- i feel you on what you're saying. i don't know why people make such a big deal out of girls sleeping with different guys, that doesn't make you a slut. i think people are too judgemental; esp. when it comes to girls. leave us alone, let us do what WE want. if i wanna go sleep with a ton of guys, then i'm going to do it, no matter what you're gonna think of me the next day. love isn't difficult, and it's not a game.. you just haven't found somebody good for YOU. |

Well yeah, of course I'm hoping to find love. The whole point in my headline is that I don't want to come across like I'm dying to get married b/c thats not the case. I do want to take any given situation slowly, I'm just ready to have a situation to TAKE slowly in the first place...
There is ONE thing every man should know about me...lol, mothers love me! HEHE, I'm like the consequential perfect woman. I can be the biggest freak on the planet, and your mother, father and nieces/nephews/younger siblings will all love me  I'm done advertising now...lol, now back to the topic at hand... |

Well, unless you tell guys when you first meet them that you've done that stuff- sleeping around- they have no way of knowing. So I don't think it's you. Personally, I've come to the conclusion that what I want doesn't even exist- not for me- so I'm not even looking anymore. And that is not a sad statement, it's an empowering statement. If I can ever find a really good job I will be happy. I'm not looking for anyone to "complete me," however, I really hope you find what you want.

I think where I live is waring on my confidence too... I lived in the south for 11 years where men appreciated a woman with some countrified curves, here they all want the Paris Hilton carbon copies..

I feel ya on men these days...seems that no one wants a relationship...but there are those few out there that still see the possibilities. Just gotta look hard, one found me when I was at the point that you are now. I was just about ready to give up. Its not you, cuz I think all of us women are going through the same thing or have been through the same thing. Society sucks by the way...complete double standard about sleeping with someone. Though I do gotta say that a one night stand never did much for me. I hate casual sex. Maybe hold out for the one who will commit and then you wont feel the after affect, ya know. I personally dont find the immediate gratification thing to be rewarding.

Haha, well I don't sleep around. I do hold out, but I mean, I'm human...
Like right now, I have a friend I've been talking to who just has such issues with committing... we've been friends a little while now, and he knows I care for him. I KNOW he cares for me too, but he's so against ever being in another relationship that I'M the one getting shafted. I have informed him that I am not standing still and waiting for him. He gets SUPER jealous when I talk to other guys, but he won't speak up and claim it. |

Wasnt meaning to say you did sleep around...just saying if your not in a relationship...kinda only leaves it to be casual ya know. But yeah...dating blows sometimes...just keep looking for friends and you will eventually meet the right one.
