Break as many ties to that person as you can, so you hear less about them and this will help to stop the constant obsessing and rehashing all that went wrong. Get a hobby or a couple hobbies to keep your mind busy and do not wallow in sad songs and depressing activities. Get out and get some exersize it helps with depression and it is healthy. This worked for me. Oh and give yourself time before getting involved with someone new as another failed relationship will not help and rebounds are not good for either person. Hope that helps

after i got divorced and moved to the other side of the country, i decided there was need for a drastic change (besides moving...)so, i cut my hair to give myself instant gratification.
only time will ease your pain. life is all about struggles and change so just be prepared for it! yes, cut off ties with this person. it helps far more than you realize! |

A felony might be a good way to clear your mind but as the ol' phrase goes, "The best way to get over someone is to get under someone else."

Thats the problem, he's been dragging it out... I never get an official answer to anything. Sometimes he won't speak at all, sometimes he will talk and then stop talking all together. It drives me crazy.
