Naw, Geek, I just mean a slow process of getting to really know someone, but w/o the added THOUGHT that they have this GREAT pool of others to always keep checking or being checked,lol..
|

I have heard of few on here and on the television talk shows. I have chosen to try this method because I am not meeting someone who is good for me at the clubs and stuff. Hope that helps

But clubs are such great places to meet people. Where else can you scream at the top of your lungs over some weird club rendition of a song that was horrible to begin with all to try to get the attention of someone so drunk they wouldn't know if a dairy cow suddenly started doing the macarena on the dance floor.
Once you get said drunkards attention invariable you turn around and since everyone is packed in like a chinese chicken farm (and you still can't hear a single word) you bump into the poster child for the strong man championship and of course he takes the 3 drops spilt of his crappy beer as some kind of physical challenge. Upon saying sorry he deems that you have somehow equated his mother with a trick turning street walker and proceeds to smash your head in with the same bottle of beer that he was just mad about spilling 3 drops from. fun nights I tell ya. |

My Brother met his wife online and theyve been married almost 3years and have a beautiful baby boy .
My Mom was in a previous relationship for 9years with a man she met online . She met her current boyfriend online aswell and they are doing very well . My Step-Brother met his girlfriend online and they have been together for 2 years and are planning to eventually marry. Internet dating does work . Ive seen it happen . |

That's why i only go to the bars to listen to music and have a coke or gingerale. Although The only two times I had sex were the result of being drunk. The last time was in 1995 December to be exact. OMG it's been nearly 12 years since i last got laid. Where has the time gone. So when I do find the special lady to share my life I'll have some lost time to make up for in bed. |

ok so i wuz jus wondering if anybody here knows ppl who hav actually found someone online...i mean i know its possible but i jus need some encouraging stories. & what made u guys decide 2 try online dating?? didnt get anywhere face 2 face?? is it easier to "talk" online?? gimme some feedback...plz First, I made a list of expectations. Locally tried some dating this past summer, got hooked up with the online thing, met someone in a forum, it is going really good... For my situation I have had the chance to see this start as a friendship and watch the progression to something more... and also in emails, cams, our conversations touch on everything just as though in person... everything happens for a reason...

Im all up for going out to the bar but getting alittle old seeing the same people time after time so figured what the hell this couldnt hurt and sure beats wondering how going to make it home the next morning and trying to figure out what all happened. Seems pretty cool so far.
